The owner of the online store Ärni Blum (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is Ärni Blum OÜ (registry code 16064367), located at Sõjakooli 12.
Validity of sales agreement, product and price information
The sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Web Store are indicated next to the products. In addition to the price, a fee for product delivery will be added
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer during the order placement.
Information about the product is provided in the Web Store directly next to the product.
Forming the order
To order products, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required information fields and choose a suitable method for product delivery. Afterward, the screen will display the total amount, which can be securely paid through the following payment methods:
- Estonian Bank Transfers: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay.
- Visa/Mastercard Card Payments

Payments are facilitated by Maksekeskus ASPayment takes place outside the Web Store in a secure environment – for bank transfers, within the secure environment of the respective bank, and for credit card payments, within the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract becomes effective upon the receipt of the payable amount to the Web Store's bank account.
If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to the depletion of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount, including the cost of product delivery, will be refunded promptly but no later than 14 days from the date of the notification.
Ärni Blum OÜ is the data controller for personal data, responsible for transmitting the necessary personal information for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.
To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Itella, Omniva, and DPD parcel lockers.
The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed alongside the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 7-14 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14-21 calendar days. In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Web Store within 14 days [depending on the products, the right of withdrawal may not apply; specific products and services must be listed in such cases, and they must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act].
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered products must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products in a way that is allowed to test the products in a physical store.
If the products have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the products, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods (with an explanation) must be submitted, which can be sent to the email address info@arniblum.ee within 14 days from receiving the products. Products can be returned in the original packaging and with the label intact.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal statement or provide evidence that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The Web Store shall refund the buyer without delay upon receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The Web Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided evidence of returning the item, depending on which occurs earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not obliged to refund the additional cost exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.
The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Web Store has been significantly misstated due to an error, and it is below the market price of the goods.
The right to file a complaint
The buyer has the right to contact the Web Store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to info@arniblum.com or calling the phone number: +372 5343 9045.
The Web Store is not liable for defects that have occurred after the transfer of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Web Store will respond to a consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Web Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the purchased goods to the buyer. The Web Store may transmit personal data to companies providing shipping services for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Web Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their preference to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer has the option to opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has complaints about the Web Store, they should send them to the email address info@arniblum.com, call the phone number +372 5343 9045, or If the buyer and the Web Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The terms of the proceedings can be reviewed and a complaint submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Commission has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Web Store. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
