How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our knits are made to order. The estimated production time in working days is listed on each product page.
We do our best to complete every knitwear piece as quickly as possible, but please always allow for the production time stated for the product.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €100.
For orders below €100, shipping costs depend on the delivery method and carrier selected at checkout.
How do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your knitwear, you may return your order free of charge.
Please use the original packaging and return label that came with your parcel. Free returns are available within 14 days of receiving your order and apply only to unused items.
How quickly will I receive a refund?
We will issue your refund as soon as the returned item reaches us, and no later than 14 days after receiving the return.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout Europe as standard.
For destinations outside Europe, shipping arrangements are made individually. Please contact us for more information.
How should I care for my knitwear?
Proper care is essential for ensuring the longevity of your knitwear.

Can I bring my knitwear to you for maintenance or repair?
Yes, we are happy to care for and repair your ÄRNI knitwear.
Please contact us at info@arniblum.com, and we will arrange the details together.
I would like to purchase a gift card but give it as a physical gift. How does that work?
Physical gift cards are available at our studio store in Telliskivi.
If you are unable to visit the studio, you may purchase a gift card through our online store, and we can send a physical gift card by post if needed.
Is it possible to order custom sizing?
Yes, we can create our existing knitwear designs in custom sizes.

What should I do if my new knitwear sheds fibers?
It is completely natural for a new knitwear piece to shed some fibers at first.
Give the garment a little time to settle. Another option is to place the knitwear in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for 24–48 hours. Afterwards, gently shake or pat the garment. Freezing helps stabilize loose fibers, allowing them to come away more quickly
Does the newsletter code apply to all products?
The newsletter discount code applies to all products except our Coco sweaters and cardigans.
These are our signature pieces and are exclusively available through our online store and studio store.
Do you participate in major sales campaigns?
We want our customers to value craftsmanship, the time invested, and the dedication behind each piece. For this reason, we do not run large discount campaigns in our online store.
However, when you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive a 10% discount code for your first purchase.
