Terms of purchase
The owner of the online store Ärni Blum (hereinafter the Online Store) is Ärni Blum OÜ (16064367), located at Sõjakooli 12.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery fee for the goods depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate product delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay
- Visa/Mastercard card payments

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store’s current account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Ärni Blum OÜ is the controller of personal data, which forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
The goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: Itella, Omniva and DPD parcel machines.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 7-14 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14-21 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the buyer has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal, in which case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must meet the conditions listed in Section 53, subsection 4 of the Law of Obligations Act].
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods (with an explanation) must be submitted, which can be sent to the e-mail address info@arniblum.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The goods can be returned with the same packaging and sticker.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the statement or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, depending on which occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to file a claim
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of the discovery of a defect by sending an e-mail to info@arniblum.com or by calling: 53439045.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online store may contact the buyer after the purchase of the goods to ask for feedback on the shopping experience. Feedback is requested via the e-mail address entered by the buyer when placing the order.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us of this by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@arniblum.com, by phone: +37253439045 or If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can view the procedural terms and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
